ConstantCare247 has simplified the process of being an employer. Our fee is included in the hourly rate you will pay the caregivers on payroll. We handle liability insurance; background checks; obtaining an employer identification number; time-keeping; payroll; tax withholding, filing, and NYS Workers Comp; and NYS Disability policies all with our expert staff and partnership with several payroll services in the area.
